Key Responsibilities:

Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing will have a strong background in digital media and knowledge of paid digital channels including Paid Social, Display, and Paid Search. This role will develop campaign strategies, coordinate tracking and optimizations, and be involved in cross-functional collaboration with internal and external collaborators. This position partners closely with the Manager and other Analysts on implementing strategies to meet team goals.

· Drive development, implementation, and testing of digital marketing strategy for international markets; manage strategies based on business objectives.

· Apply strong analytical ability to measure and report performance for digital campaigns and assess against goal; advise on optimizations based on performance and insights

· Collaborate with agencies, internal collaborators, and external partners regularly; contribute to cross-channel planning and critical initiatives

· Rely on strong organizational skills to handle multiple international market contacts and their digital campaign needs

· Lead all aspects of campaign timelines, budgets, and communication around digital campaign management

This role is responsible for supporting international campaigns; some meetings may occur outside of standard working hours and some travel may be required.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

· Bachelor's degree

· 3+ years' experience managing digital marketing campaigns

· Knowledge of digital media, tracking, and measurement

· Strong analytical and presentation skills

· Budget Management

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

· Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

· Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business

· Master's degree in Business or Marketing

· 1+ year of travel or airline experience

· 1+ years of programmatic display experience
