Description
Supports the Executive Director of the Prestonwood Caring People Network dba Prestonwood Pregnancy Center (“PPC”), a ministry of Prestonwood Baptist Church (“PBC”) by providing strategic oversight of daily operations, staff, and volunteers at all PPC locations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain continuous lines of communication to ensure the Executive Director is informed of all critical issues
- Oversee daily operations at all PPC locations and mobile unit
- Recruit, develop and manage PPC staff at all locations
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of all PPC staff
- Oversee staff training at all PPC locations
- Work with the Executive Director to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve PPC goals
- Identify best practices to improve internal systems for future needs, ministry expansion, and budget realities
- Ensure PPC policies and procedures are updated and present for Executive Director’s approval
- Ensure all PPC locations schedule clients to full capacity to drive growth
- Maintain KPI measuring data to analyze and report for trends or needed changes to the ministry
- Analyze, develop, and maintain the annual PPC budget under the direction of the Executive Director
- Ensure PPC compliance with HIPAA requirements
- Maintain a working knowledge of IRS regulations, including 501(c)(3) practices
- Responsible for efficiency across all PPC locations
- Ensure excellence in delivery of quality client care
- Assure adherence to PPC policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of pro-life issues (i.e. research, studies of today’s clients and current events)
- Maintain excellent working relationships with PBC departments
- Represent PPC at PBC and community events and meetings as needed
- Oversee PPC facilities, working with landlords and contractors as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement
- Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC
- Passionate about the mission of PPC
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or extensive experience at a pro-life non-profit
- Previous experience managing a nonprofit organization
- Ability to work effectively with staff and volunteers
- Excellent communication, time management and project management skills
- Ability to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, occasionally perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting up to 10 pounds without assistance
